- Fingerprint Reason Codes we are unable to fingerprint under: **DSS, FCE, FFA, GRD, HC, LIG, LSB, NCJ, PE, AWA, AWF, AWP, CCL, CLE, GCB, RC, RID - What type of fingerprints do we offer? **Livescan electronic and traditional Ink - Which form of proof of ID is needed for my appointment? **A valid ID, e.g., driver's license, state ID or passport. - What form of payment is accepted for my remainder balance? **Any card or cash. Cash is preferred, if possible. - When am I able to be fingerprinted for CPL fingerprints? **After you attend your class, you'll then go to the county clerk's office to receieve your "Concealed Pistol License Application Receipt". That is what you'll bring to your appointment for fingerprinting. - What is needed for my Livescan fingerprint appointment? **A printed copy of the "Livescan Fingerprint Background Check Request Form". On this form there should be a Fingerprint Reason Code & Requestor/Agency ID - Can I bring in my own forms for ink fingerprinting? **Most forms are accepted to perform fingerprints on.
